I did my Pre-University Class (P.U.C.) work at Virudhunagar Hindu Nadars’ Senthikumara Nadar College (V.H.N.S.N. College), Virudhunagar, during the academic year 1958-1959. Named after the philanthropist Senthikumara Nadar, the College was founded in 1947 by Virudunagar Hindu Nadars, great visionaries with unbelievable zeal for education.
This picture was taken while I was attending P.U.C. at V.H.N.S.N. College in 1959. To my right hand side was my mathematics professor and to my left hand side was a mathematics professor who was my hostel resident supervisor.The rest are all senior Annatchis who were in their final year of their degree program. I do not remember who organized this and why a picture was taken with with me but I relish looking at this fascinating picture.
After finishing my P.U.C. study at V.H.N.S.N. College, I went to American College to pursue my bachlor’s degree work in mathematics.
